Marketplace participation principles
These are current product rules. The operator must publish and approve legally binding terms before public launch.
No referral is sold or guaranteed
Applicants do not pay during the MVP. Employee reviewers receive no payment from applicants or Recommend Me. A reviewer may decline at any point and is never obligated to refer.
Responsible submissions
Applicants should submit accurate information for roles they are genuinely considering and respect employer policies. Reviewers should assess only requests within their verified employment and stated review scope.
Employer processes stay separate
Recommend Me does not employ candidates, make hiring decisions, operate an applicant tracking system, or process employer referral bonuses. Any referral and any employer bonus remain between the employee and employer.
Account integrity
Accounts may be suspended when information is misleading, access is misused, or privacy and marketplace rules are breached. Use support for the current testing contact status.
