How Recommend Me handles marketplace data

What the product stores
Applicants provide account details, employment context, preferences, LinkedIn URL, a private CV, and role-specific requests. Employee reviewers provide identity, employment, verification, location, and review-scope information.
Who can access it
Applicant profiles are not public. Applicants access only their own records. A verified employee accesses only a request currently assigned to them. Administrators access records required to screen, verify, assign, support, and audit the marketplace.
Employee privacy
Employee identity and direct contact information remain hidden from candidates throughout the MVP. Candidate-facing messages use the label “Verified insider.”
CVs and history
CVs use private storage and authorized, short-lived access. A submitted request pins the selected CV version. Workflow history is kept as an immutable audit record and is not silently rewritten.
Questions or rights requests
A support email has not been configured. Use the support route for the current testing limitation. The operator must add its legal identity, retention periods, lawful bases, and applicable regional rights before public launch.
